Paradigm Software and Consulting is an analytical consulting and software
development company, providing technical and analytical expertise to its
clients. We specialize in designing and implementing quantitative data
gathering systems (including surveys in developing countries), business applications to automate operational and financial
processes, custom-designed decision-making and expert systems, and
preparing a variety of web-based and client/server back-end and front-end
software systems.
Through our consulting expertise on international development, we help our
clients formulate development policy and alternatives, with a focus on
infrastructure projects and resettlement and land acquisition problems.
We work with international financial institutions and
research organizations and have been involved with a number of high-profile
projects.
Our private sector business consists of providing data management and
conversion as well as software design and implementation services.
